Ingredients

  • Egg 5, salt as per taste, water, dry milk powder 1 tablespoon, 1 big size onion, 5 black peppercorns, 5 white peppercorns, sahi jeera 2 teaspoon, cardamon 2, cloves 2, cinnamon 2, bay leaf, 1 dry red chilly, 4 green chillies, 2 tablespoon yoghert, ghee 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoon canola oil, ginger 2 garlic 4 pods, nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon, javetri powder 1 teaspoon, cashew, almonds, pistachio all 7 pcs, pumpkin seeds 2 teaspoons, promegranate juice, and seeds, kasuri meethi,fresh cream


  • Egg 5 pc, salt as per taste, 1/4 cup water, dry milk powder 1 tblspoon, 1 big size onion, 5 black peppercorns, 5 white peppercorns, sahi jeeta 2 tsp, cardamom 2 , cloves 2, cinamon 2, bay leaf 2, 1 dry red chilly, 4 green chillies, 2 tblspoon yoghert,, ghee 2 tblspoon, 2 tablespoon canola oil, ginger 2 pc, garlic 4 pods, nutmeg powder 1 tsp, javetri powder 1 tsp, cashew, almonds, pistachio all 7 pcs, pumpkin seeds 2 tsp, promegranate seeds. Directions

  • Now boil eggs in pressure cooker, after boiling done marrinet boil eggs with salt and fry in canola oil mixed in ghee. And keep aside. In another pan boil water add onion piece with other spices and add butter, once boiling is done ,water will becomes almost one forth now make a paste and keep aside. In, another pan roast nuts ,without oil and paste it yoghert ,now add dry milk powder and make a mixture , keep aside. Now in oil add sahi jeera, bay leaf, dry red chilly, add whole spice . And make a curry ,add nuts paste and cover the lid , add salt till it becomes thick and leave oil, now add egg, add promegranate juice, and promegranate seeds, add egg and add kasuri meethi and fresh cream .Serve hot
